Trust & privacy

Trust is specific. So are permissions.

What an account, a document, an approval and an arrangement really mean.

An account is not a professional credential.

Signing in shows who has an account. Being eligible, belonging to an agency and being suited to an assignment each need their own evidence and decision.

Arranging is not watching.

Paying for or arranging protection does not let anyone follow another person's movements or read their private documents.

A status tells you what happened.

Uploaded, under review, approved and expired are different. A status in the app does not by itself prove a real identity, licence or service.

Share only in the right place.

Never email identity documents, passwords, verification codes or payment details. Share them only inside the app, where the reason and handling are explained.

Read the privacy notice.

It explains what information is collected, who can see it and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
